I haven't added anything for a long time and with the holidays coming, I think I will add some more pictures of my clan!

This one is a picture of my father in law, Victor Owens. In honor of his passing earlier this month.

Uncle John and Uncle Jim

Here is an old picture of my dad's brother Jim and dad's Uncle John.  The are on the beach in front of the cottages in Michigan. Uncle John may have been Dad's uncle but he was like a Grandfather to me and I miss him.  Part of who I am is because Uncle John was part of my life.  Love you Uncle John.

My husband

In honor of my husband getting a new job, I am posting a picture of him as a very little boy. Isn't he a cutie!

At the cottages ... 23 years ago

Here is a picture of me, my mom and 3 of my children just after David was born. We went to the cottages the weekend after he was born.

We definitely look like we are out in the woods. Cute little family. Crazy how fast goes by. Everyone is all grown up!

Thinking about summer

Today's picture is from Cedar Bank. The picture is about 10 years old. If anyone knows better idea of when the picture was taken, please speak up. The picture was taken in front of the south cottage. Gordon Minnis, his son Justin and sister Lorraine Gervais are on the bench. John Poole in on the steps. The dog is Griz. Lonnie passed away about 3 years ago.  I miss her!

Louis Spink

This is my other grandfather, Louis Spink. We believe it was taken in France as he was trying to get to USA. He traveled on a ship called Chicago from Europe to the USA. Since he settled in the Chicago area, it is easy to remember the name of the ship.
